Urban Campus Rental Rates for Girl Scout Groups

This list reflects the cost of room rentals during normal business hours Monday through Saturday. An additional cost for security of $10 per hour will be charged before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m. on weekdays; before 10 a.m. and after 2 p.m. on Saturdays and all day on Sundays. If the rooms are rented by more than one group, this security charge will be pro-rated to each group. Cost of program materials not included in fees. Overnight rental is generally from 3:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

There is no charge for troop meetings (limit two hours), Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Room assignment is at the discretion of the council based on space availability.

Groups are responsible for cleaning the rooms before departure. Remember the motto - “A Girl Scout leaves a place better than she found it.”

Deposits are half of the rental fee up to $100.
