CREATING AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE IN GIRL SCOUTING

In order to be the best role model to girls and provide the best environment for the troop, volunteers need to have an understanding of how to create a positive, inclusive troop environment.  This course gives participants activities to create an inclusive troop environment, resources that can be used to promote this environment and will present three roles that leaders play in shaping the conditions for girls to discover and develop relationships with others.
