BRIDGE TO
ADULT WORKSHOP |
 |
|
This workshop is
available to graduating seniors to meet the
requirements for the Bridge to Adult pin, which
will be presented at the adult recognition event
in April.
If the
graduating senior would like to receive her pin
at the annual Recognition Event and cannot
attend a workshop, she needs to write a
description of what she did to fulfill the three
steps and request that the pin be awarded at the
annual Recognition Event. The Bridge to Adult
requirements are found at
www.girlscouts.org/program/gs_central/insignia/bridging_awards/adult.asp.
This information must be submitted to the Girl
Scout Center by March 31, 2011.
A graduating senior may also
earn and receive the Bridge to Adult pin by
doing the three steps in her troop or alone and
receive her bridging pin in a troop meeting or
service unit meeting after taking part in a
Bridging ceremony that she helped plan.
