is a registered Girl Scout.

adheres to all policies and procedures of the Girl Scout organization.

is a board of trustees or management volunteer in a leadership role.

has completed appropriate orientation and training for the volunteer position.

has completed successful leadership service in the Girl Scout organization at the local or national level.

should have provided the service during the current membership year

A president of the board of trustees successfully completes a term.

A chair of a board committee successfully completes service.

A Service Unit Manager successfully completes service.

A chair of a council committee successfully completes service.
Recognition
Black Key (and Volunteer Development Pin, if do not have.)
Procedures
-
Nominator completes form 926 and gives to the Training Consultant.

Training Consultant records information from form 926 on Individual Record
-
Training Consultant then sends form to the Volunteer Development Department at Council.

Volunteer Development Department purchases Black Key (and Volunteer Development Pin) from Shop.

Volunteer Development Department presents at Annual Meeting.
